Nordens Ultimate Omega 3 provides anchovy fish oil containing EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), with vitamin E. This listing contains three bottles, each with 60 softgels.
Why EPA and DHA matter
Omega-3 fatty acids are components of cell membranes. DHA is particularly concentrated in the brain and retina, while omega-3s also contribute to normal signalling processes in the body. Fish oil can help supplement dietary EPA and DHA intake.
