Lithothamnium Calcareum is a mineral-forming red alga found in marine environments.
Its naturally mineralised structure contains calcium, magnesium and a variety of trace elements.
Calcium is essential for maintaining normal bones and teeth. It also contributes to normal muscle function.
Magnesium plays important roles in maintaining normal bones, supporting normal muscle function and normal energy-yielding metabolism.

RED ALGAE AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
Marine red-algae mineral preparations have attracted scientific interest in bone nutrition, calcium metabolism and joint function.
