“I have been powerlifting for approximately 10 years, but really took the sport up seriously in 2016 with the intention of competing.
Powerlifting is a strenuous sport, requiring immense dedication to training and is one of the toughest sports around.
The intense training leaves one stiff, sore and extremely tired, making rest periods between sessions extremely important.
During these rest periods the body recuperates from previous sessions but as these sessions become heavier and more intense as a result of strength gains, rest alone is not sufficient for full recuperation.
It is at this stage that you realise the importance of the correct nutrition coupled with the correct

After trying a number of supplements I was introduced to a product called Nordens Ultimate Joint Guard.
Sceptical at first, having already tried a number of products, I was pleasantly surprised at the results.
I was coming up for a competition, which was a qualifier for the upcoming National Championships, and suffering with extreme tendinitis in my upper forearms, which are essential muscles / tendons used in the bench and deadlifts.
During training I was finding it difficult to any pull exercises as this would pump up my forearms, causing my grip to weaken.
Within two weeks of taking Ultimate Joint Guard this condition started to lessen and by the fourth week I found no difficulty in doing any of the exercises.
I was back to normal training and to this day have not had this problem reoccur.
I have found my recuperation to have sped up and the only pain I have from time to time is the normal
stiffness one experiences the following day after training.
